Dottie and Newly appointed head Chef James Grey (Jimmy) believe that when it comes to eating out, it should be an enjoyable experience.  Because of this we know that when you spend your time with us, you will see the difference, taste the difference and feel a warm welcome, missing in these very busy, hectic lives that we all lead.

When you sit down to your meal, whether you choose to sit in the barn, the garden or the more intimate restaurant, you are assured of quality. We use only the finest meats from two of Sussex’s premier butchers based in East Grinstead & Crawley Down.

All of our fruit and vegetables are from local suppliers or directly from Covent Garden , people who really do know “their onions”, who like us believe that it is worth paying a little extra for good quality produce.

We understand that it is equally important when choosing a drink to accompany your meal, which is why we offer some exclusive wines not available anywhere else in the surrounding area. We also offer a selection of well kept real ales, draft lagers and soft drinks; truly something for everyone.
